Akbar, Tanveer, MD.

Dr. Tanveer Akbar is one of the founding partners of Platinum Hospitalists, where he has been instrumental in growing the practice from just four providers to over 150. Currently, he serves as the Director of Hospital Medicine, Physician Advisor for Utilization Management, and Chairperson for the Patient Safety Council at Spring Valley Hospital. A graduate of Allama Iqbal Medical College, Dr. Akbar is ABIM-certified with a focused practice in hospital medicine. His passion lies in clinical documentation improvement and enhancing patient safety, complemented by his volunteer work at the Al Maun Wellness Center in Las Vegas.

Majeed, Mir, MD.

Being one of the Managing Partners of Platinum Hospitalists, Dr. Mir Asad Majeed has an extensive background in internal medicine, with a significant part of his career dedicated to hospital medicine across various healthcare facilities in Las Vegas. After earning his MBBS from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Pakistan, he completed his residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Majeed is also deeply involved in the medical community, having held a clinical assistant professorship at Southern Illinois University and actively participating in the development of medication monitoring protocols for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Tanveer, Aisha, MD.

Dr. Aisha Tanveer is a seasoned internal medicine specialist and one of the managing partners of Platinum Hospitalists. Her medical journey began at Allama Iqbal Medical College, followed by residency and chief residency at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Tanveer’s commitment to medical excellence is evident from her numerous leadership roles at Summerlin Hospital, where she serves as a physician advisor and champion for various clinical programs. Her dedication to improving clinical documentation and patient care standards makes her an esteemed leader in the medical community.

Raroque, Jennifer, MD.

Dr. Jennifer Raroque is one of the managing partners at Platinum Hospitalists. With extensive experience since 2008, she has shaped the practice to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. Dr. Raroque completed her internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University, where she also served as Chief Medical Resident. Her leadership extends beyond clinical practice, serving as Chief of Medicine and on several committees at Henderson Hospital. Luperte, Estherloida, MD.

Dr. Esther Luperte, a seasoned internal medicine specialist and one of the managing partners at Platinum Hospitalists, is a cornerstone of the Las Vegas medical community. After earning her medical degree from Cebu Institute of Medicine in the Philippines, she completed her residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago. Her leadership extends to roles such as Physician Advisor at Centennial Hills Hospital and Utilization Director at Post Acute Medical Rehabilitation Hospital. Dr. Luperte is deeply committed to clinical documentation improvement and has been an active member of several medical committees, significantly impacting patient safety and medical staff performance.
